Jeffrey R. Smith

Jeffrey Smith is the founding member of the Smith Law Group.  Prior to law school, Mr. Smith practiced medicine as PA for over 16 years.  His medical experience and areas of expertise include surgery, family practice, sports medicine, and urgent care medicine.  Between his first and second years of law school, Mr. Smith was a   Blackstone  Fellowship Intern for the Alliance Defense Fund  and was commissioned as a Blackstone Fellow in 2003.  Recently, Mr. Smith attended the Alliance Defense Fund's National Litigation Academy and serves as an Allied Attorney for that organization. Mr. Smith's law practice focuses primarily on civil litigation, general business law, constitutional and first amendment law, and estate planning.
